We’re fortunate to be affiliated with the best brewery in Minnesota. Town Hall Brewery has been brewing craft beer for over 20 years—we have developed styles, introduced new ingredients and perfected processes that are now employed by breweries across Minnesota and the country.

Town Hall exemplifies the current notion of “eat and drink locally” and embodies the current state of Minnesota’s craft beer movement. Except… at Town Hall, the concept was current in 1997… we aren’t followers, we are leaders. Understand that when you choose to drink Town Hall beer you’re drinking what is best today and what will be best tomorrow.

When the Station opened in 2017, we released our brand-new Pitstop Cherry Lager as a cornerstone of our Edina tap lineup. In addition to this smooth, drinkable lager brewed with Michigan-grown Balaton cherries, we have six other Town Hall Brewery Signature beers that you can count on year-round.

However, the small-batch flexibility of our brewhouse allows us to offer much, much more variety than just those seven Town Hall beers. During the course of a year, we brew more than fifty different recipes. From old favorites to boundary-pushing first editions, from delicate session pales to titanic barrel-aged beasts—our lineup is constantly changing. It’s a great reason to stop by often.
